As a new client of our Animal Hospital in Napanee, you can expect our full attention to your pets’ needs.
When you arrive for your appointment, you will be greeted warmly and your pet will be weighed. Dr. Amey or one of our staff will bring you into the examination room.
The veterinarian will examine your pet, ask about your questions and concerns and then may recommend diagnostic tests if needed. Many tests can be done in our clinic and in most cases, results will be available the same day.
Our veterinary team wants to make sure you’re completely comfortable—please feel free to ask questions.
Please note: Our goal is to see all our clients and patients on time, and although we have contingencies for emergencies, there will be times where the unexpected will create delays. We will ensure these are minimized as much as possible.
